I was inspired by this icon's trip to New York in the midst of the global... social upheaval. As a fan of 90's rap, I imagined her singing the classic hit "Fuck da Police" in the Bone Thugs Harmony version. A tear runs down my cheek.

This is the first Fine Art version of this work. The first and last one I reproduced on my own, it was stuck on the canvas for a few weeks.
