Collection: Artist of the Week

My name is Erwin Aguirre, I am a teacher, researcher and illustrator. In my art and illustration work I evoke imaginary stories or stories mixed with the everyday world from which I draw inspiration, creating my own universe made up of characters, shapes, colors, which connect with the world through memories, values, the mystical, energy, and emotions. I like to work with symbols that represent spirituality, psychological states, such as fears, dreams or desires and I seek to support myself in visualizations through the image.
