Healing is done with ropes, water and grains of rice or corn. Simple materials that can be found anywhere. What really cures are prayers and invocations. Objects are used mostly to read the state of the indigestion or how many nerves have gone out of place.
Knowledge is passed down from generation to generation but the magic words are only taught on Holy Thursday.
